Job Description: Event Operations Manager
Job Type: Part Time Seasonal

Assist the C.E.O. / Chairman with the daily operation of the company as requested
-
Provide support and direction to the PGPA Executive Management Team
-
Provide support to the PGPA Executive Management Team on all facets of the business based on responsibilities
-
Provide support/ leadership to other PGPA Managers and Staff
-
Attend PGPA Safety Committee meetings
-
Organize and execute the display layouts on the golf course Day of Event Outings
-
Submit weekly time sheets to PGPA Office Manager
-
Attend PGPA client meetings as required.
-
Participate in the PGPA Employee Sales Commission Program
-
Participate in the PGPA Health & Safety Program
-
Participate in Day of Event activities
-
Follow the Policies and Procedures in the Employee Handbook
-
Participate in the PGPA Employee Sales Commission Program

Participate in PGPA Training
-
Provide feedback and recommendations on PGPA directives established by PGPA Executive Team
-
Support and execute PGPA Goals & Objectives and Business Plan
-
Drive PGPA vehicle and trailer to events
-
Organize PGPA Trailer in an efficient and clean manner
-
Help install PGPA signs, banners and other display needed for events

Solicit Golfers & Sponsors
-
Must be handy with wood working and metal fabricating

Clean and organized individual
