Anthony [Tony] Comperchio
Chief Executive Officer / Chairman & Founder
With over two decades of experience in the golf industry, Tony has participated in many different types of golf events. Whether it was raising money for National Charitable Organizations; where Tony’s received numerous awards for his fundraising efforts, or participating in competitive golf tournaments for the Golf Channel’s AM Tour, his passion for the game is obvious. Tony has also spent the past 32 years in the Facilities Management Industry, working with numerous Fortune 500 clients. His detailed and organized approach to business has enabled him to excel in numerous leadership positions. Tony’s goal is to make Professional Golf Planners of America, LLC a household name in the golf industry by offering exceptional and diverse services.

Office Manager
Laura brings her 20 years of Administrative experience across a wide range of industries to the team at PGPA. She loves the excitement of problem solving and event planning. Friends call her the ultimate hostess! In her leisure time you can find her playing with her pups, cooking, reading, gardening and traveling.

Brittany Dawson
Event Execution Manager
Brittany has a Bachelors of Science in Education for Sport Management from Bowling Green State University. She has been in the marketing and events industry for over 7 years planning and executing a wide variety of events. She is excited to bring her creative thinking, knowledge, and skills to the team to help plan and execute each event. In addition to her passion for events, she is also a personal trainer. You can find her working out at the gym in her free time!

Ty Burket
Digital Marketing Manager
Currently pursuing his undergraduate degree in Marketing at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) as part of the class of 2028, Ty operates a successful digital marketing agency with a proven track record of analyzing data to make informed decisions within marketing campaigns. In addition to his professional career, Ty is an ice hockey player competing at the collegiate level at IUP and is also a recreational golfer. Ty is thrilled to contribute his expertise as the Digital Marketing Manager for PGPA.

Brad Reinis
Sales Department Manager
Brad is a results-oriented Sales Manager with over 30 years experience in building sales teams that exceed expectations in a leadership role. Brad has managed sales executives throughout North America. His expertise is in leading teams to improve performance, customer loyalty, and forging alliances with corporate partners. When away from the office, Brad enjoys traveling with his wife Carrie, hanging out with the Grandkids and of course, golfing!

Keitra McVay
Finance Manager
Keitra McVay has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and healthcare finance industries, specializing in financial reporting and financial analysis. Keitra McVay has worked extensively to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency for various organizations. In addition, she has experience managing financial processes, improving reporting systems, and analyzing financial data to drive strategic decision-making. Keitra McVay has also been a strong advocate for veterans, volunteering with organizations focused on housing and homelessness. In her free time, Keitra McVay enjoys mentoring emerging nonprofit leaders, engaging in community service projects, and spending time with family.

Ron Cosper
Public Relations, Brand Development, Event Media Specialist & Golf Course Staffing Solutions Manager
I blend public relations, on-site branding, and strategic staffing leadership to drive successful events. I have a relationship building gift that has secured multiple sponsorships, as well as a passionate commitment to elevating the participant experience. I oversee the creation and execution of signage, social media content and day-of event visuals. My strong attention to detail and providing a smooth experience for attendees focused on operational flow allows me to lead staffing logistics across nationwide events, ensuring meaningful golf course partnerships and alignment with PGPA’s brand standards at every touchpoint.

Dugan Fernandez
Sales and Services Professional
Dugan is a dual-sport collegiate athlete who played both baseball and golf at the community college level before continuing his studies at Western Michigan University. A Metro Detroit native, he’s spent years exploring golf courses across Michigan, Wisconsin, and the greater Midwest, developing a deep appreciation for the game and its power to bring people together.
With a background rooted in athletics and a passion for golf, Dugan believes in using golf as a platform to build something bigger—community, creativity, and connection. He’s a proud advocate for growing the game and brings energy, authenticity, and a fresh perspective to every event and golfer he meets.
Chris Coppenger is a seasoned operations and sales professional with a diverse background spanning enterprise project leadership at Disney, multi-unit healthcare operations, and entrepreneurial sales success as a Snap-on Tools franchise manager. With deep experience in safety, ergonomics, and cross-functional team management, Chris thrives at the intersection of strategy, people, and execution—bringing a thoughtful, data-driven approach to everything he does.
When he’s not solving complex problems or building relationships, Chris is outside with his three boys—golfing, fishing, or camping anywhere the sun’s out and screens are off. Whether it’s work or life, Chris believes in showing up fully, learning constantly, and leaving things better than he found them.
