Job Description: Event Operations Manager

Job Type: Part Time Seasonal

  1. Assist the C.E.O. / Chairman with the daily operation of the company as requested

  2. Provide support and direction to the PGPA Executive Management Team

  3. Provide support to the PGPA Executive Management Team on all facets of the business based on responsibilities

  4. Provide support/ leadership to other PGPA Managers and Staff

  5. Attend PGPA Safety Committee meetings

  6. Organize and execute the display layouts on the golf course Day of Event Outings

  7. Submit weekly time sheets to PGPA Office Manager

  8. Attend PGPA client meetings as required.

  9. Participate in the PGPA Employee Sales Commission Program

  10. Participate in the PGPA Health & Safety Program

  11. Participate in Day of Event activities

  12. Follow the Policies and Procedures in the Employee Handbook

  13. Participate in the PGPA Employee Sales Commission Program

  14. Participate in PGPA Training

  15. Provide feedback and recommendations on PGPA directives established by PGPA Executive Team

  16. Support and execute PGPA Goals & Objectives and Business Plan

  17. Drive PGPA vehicle and trailer to events

  18. Organize PGPA Trailer in an efficient and clean manner

  19. Help install PGPA signs, banners and other display needed for events

  20.  Solicit Golfers & Sponsors

  21. Must be handy with wood working and metal fabricating

  22. Clean and organized individual
